Over the years, we have grown exponentially across regions consulting a variety of clientele from tiny idea-stage start-ups to large multinational corporations to government authorities. Our expertise in structuring complex deals including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures has led us to be recognized as a leading transaction advisory firm across the countries we serve.

Today, M Strategy Global has a senior leadership team of 20+ professionals who are supported by immensely talented executive staff. The leadership team consists of investment bankers, financial strategists, business turnaround experts and venture capitalists.

In the year 2018, the founding team established M Strategy Global Investment Holding and started investing its profits in external business ventures by curating niche ideas, providing them strategic guidance and funding their growth. M Strategy Global has thus co-founded start-ups in a variety of sectors from last-mile logistics to financial services to healthcare diagnostics to FMCG brands.

In the year 2023, M Strategy Global relocated its headquarters to Pune, India demonstrating our faith in the Indian economy.
